WHO WE ARE:
The Southeast Addiction Technology Transfer Center Network was established by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Located at Morehouse School of Medicine’s National Center for Primary Care is Region 4 of the ATTC Network Centers which is comprised of ten (10) Domestic Regional Centers, a National Coordinating Office, a National American Indian and Alaska Native Center, a National Hispanic and Latino Center and four (4) International HIV Center funded by the President’s Plan for AIDS Relief.

WHAT WE DO: Building on a rich history, ATTC continues to make strides to improve the quality of addiction treatment and recovery services by facilitating alliances among front line counselors, treatment and recovery services agency administrators, faith-based organizations, policy makers, behavioral and mental health communities, consumers and other stakeholders.  ATTC providing the latest research and information through activities such as skills training, academic education, online and distance education, conferences, workshops and publications to transform lives through evidence-based addiction treatment and recovery-oriented practices.
