Mississippi Behavioral Health Learning Network (MSBHLN)
MBHLN was established by the Mississippi Public Health Institute (MSPHI) in July, 2017 in partnership with the Mississippi Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Services (MSDMH BADS) to provide professional and workforce development to behavioral health providers in the state of Mississippi.
Mississippi Public Health Institute (MSPHI) was created in 2011, as a not-for-profit 501(c)-3 corporation consistent with MS Code of 2013 § 79-11.
The mission of MSPHI is to Engage in partnerships and activities that improve Mississippi’s health.
